Lakesidepark 2.0, Klagenfurt am Wörthersee - AT, 2013
Invited competition
The aim was to plan an extension of the existing Lakeside campus and add a new central building that would give the campus identity and create communal spaces for informal meetings and exchange.
The landscape becomes a connecting field; its main feature are ponds that create a cooling atmosphere in summer and refer to the Wörthersee nearby. The buildings create a field-like condition with a clear hierarchy of spaces, surrounded by more informal and „wild“ nature to relax.
